Library Policies
Waldport Public Library's Internet Use Policy
A part of the Waldport Public Library's continuing mission is to guarantee all community members access to ideas and information. In support of that mission, the Library does not filter Internet use. We are committed to providing free and open access to information, educational, recreational and cultural resources for library users of all ages and backgrounds. Library computers provide the opportunity to integrate electronic resources from information networks around the world.
Internet Access Statement
The Internet offers access to many valuable sources of information, but not all sites are accurate, complete, or current. Users are encouraged to take advantage of the Internet and to exercise good judgement and discretion. Parents are encouraged to supervise their children's internet sessions.
